SIMEC ATLANTIS ENERGY LIMITED("Atlantis", the "Company" or the "Group")

Total Voting Rights

The Company notifies that, for the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in issue as at 30th November 2021 is 696,581,566 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, this figure of 696,581,566 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
