Trading update
M&C Saatchi is pleased to announce a trading update ahead of its results for the year ended
31 December 2019. The Company anticipates that underlying profit before tax, before exceptional costs, will be in line with the Board's expectations as set out in the trading update of 4 December 2019. We are also pleased to announce net cash for the year ended 31 December 2019 is expected to be at least £15 million, substantially ahead of expectations following the implementation of improved cash collection processes.
As previously announced, we will confirm the appointment of new independent non-executive directors in the near future.
