Further Issue of Shares
Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 87,050 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares"). The New Shares, which will rank parri passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options by employees of the Company in accordance with the Company's LTIP Scheme. Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective on 25 July 2011.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue on the date of admission of the New Shares will be 63,313,168. Of this total, 700,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights will be 62,613,168.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
