These shares areregistered in the name Chase Nominees Limited. The Company was notified on 3 February 2006 by Black River Asset Management LLCthat Black River EMCO Master Fund Ltd, holds 6,200,000 Ordinary Shares whichrepresents 9.08 per cent of the issued share capital.
