Trading Update

As anticipated by the Chairman in the 2008 annual report and accounts, the first half of 2009 has proved to be a very difficult trading environment.  This has impacted all group businesses and the Group expects to report a loss for the six months ended 30 June 2009.  There are some signs that trading for the second half may improve and this, coupled with the benefits of reduced costs, should result in an improved financial performance. Whilst trading has been difficult, cash collection in the first half has been strong and the balance sheet remains sound.  The board has now completed the restructuring of the business and its management team and remains confident in the future prospects of the Group.
