Directorate Change

RTC Group plc announces that Mark Kendall, Finance Director, will be leaving the Company to pursue other interests and has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Andrew Bailey will take over Mark's Financial and Company Secretary responsibilities from today.

Bill Douie, Executive Chairman of the Company, commented: "We are grateful to Mark for his loyal and diligent service to the Group and wish him well in his new role."
