Board Change
The Board of RTC announces that Brian May, Non-Executive Director, has given notice to resign from the Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective 30th April 2021. The Company is currently collating a short-list of suitably qualified candidates for the role of Independent Non-Executive Director and will make a further announcement in due course.
Bill Douie, Chairman, said:
