Update in relation to RTC's annual general meeting ("AGM") on 17 June 2020

Ordinarily the Board of RTC values very highly the opportunity to meet shareholders in person at its AGM. However, as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty around the timeframe for further relaxing the UK Government's current compulsory measures prohibiting, among other things, public gatherings of more than two people, the Board of RTC intends that the following arrangements will apply to the AGM:

· Shareholders will not be able to attend the AGM in person this year and should, instead, exercise their right to submit proxy votes as soon as possible if they have not already done so; and

· The Group has provided a facility to enable shareholders to ask the Board of RTC questions. All shareholders are encouraged to submit questions by no later than 5pm Friday 12 June 2020 to the following email address: sarah.dye@rtcgroupplc.co.uk Answers to such questions will be published on the Company's website on or around 17 June 2020.

The Group is taking these precautionary measures to safeguard its shareholders' and employees' health, to comply with the UK Government's current guidelines and to make the AGM as safe as possible.
