Grant of Share Options
RTC announces the grant of share options ("Options") over a total of 234,286 existing ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to members of the Group's Board. The Ordinary Shares over which the Options have been granted are held in the Group's Employee Benefit Trust. The Options were granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 17 March 2017 as follows:

The exercise of the Options is subject to the achievement of the performance conditions set out within the LTIP.
The exercise price of the Options is nil pence per share. The market price at date of grant, which equates to the closing middle market price of an Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 16 March 2017, is 52.5p. Subject to the achievement of performance conditions as indicated above, the options can be exercised at any time from 17 March 2020 to 17 March 2027.
