Renewal of Voting arrangement
The Board of Renishaw plc (the "Company") announces that Sir David McMurtry and John Deer have renewed for a further five years the current voting arrangement between them that was due to expire in May 2013, details of which have been disclosed on page 55 of the Company's 2012 Annual report.
The voting arrangement will terminate on the earlier of 25 May 2018 and the deaths of both Sir David McMurtry and John Deer.
