Appointment of Director General at JSC Lenenergo
30 June 2015. Moscow, Russia. - JSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that Andrey Sizov has been elected Director General of JSC Lenenergo (the "Subsidiary") effective on 30 June 2015. The appointment was approved by the Subsidiary's Board of Directors at a meeting held on 29 June 2015.
Mr. Sizov has significant experience in the industry, including serving at JSC Saint Petersburg power grid, Petrodvorets Electric Company and State Unitary Enterprise Lensvet.
Mr. Sizov will continue to serve as Director General of JSC Saint Petersburg power grid, Petrodvorets Electric Company and State Unitary Enterprise Lensvet.
