Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that, on 14 January 2019, Charles Skinner, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased a total of 54,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for an average price of approximately 337.1 pence per share via his self-invested personal pension fund.
Following the above purchase, Mr Skinner and his persons closely associated hold a beneficial interest in a total of 1,593,060 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
