Appointment of Managing Director of Restore Technology

Restore plc (AIM: RST), the UK's leading provider of integrated information and data management services, secure technology recycling, and commercial relocation solutions is pleased to announce that Athena Ainsworth will join the Company in July 2021 as the Managing Director of Restore Technology.

Athena has over 20 years' experience working in the technology and telecoms industry, in general management, services, marketing and sales. At IBM she held a number of senior executive commercial roles, and recently at Vodafone UK she was responsible for the Regional Enterprise Business.

Restore Technology is one of five business units in Restore and following recent growth and acquisitions, is the largest IT recycling company in the UK. With a nationwide platform of over 300 employees, Restore Technology operates in a growing and highly fragmented market. The strategy is to grow Restore Technology aggressively with organic expansion, supported by additional accretive acquisitions to capitalise on the opportunity that scale delivers to customers. In addition, Restore is investing heavily in the business, including its digital and e-commerce capability to deliver a leading customer experience.
