Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company"), a mining and exploration company with a producing gold mine in Columbia; Kenyan gold and Greenland iron ore exploration projects; and interests in steel feed, uranium and rare earths, announces that Jupiter Mines Limited, in which Red Rock has a shareholding of 4.4 per cent., today released an announcement in response to a routine Price and Volume query from ASX Limited, disclosing an acquisition approach for one of its assets, the full text of which can be found via the following link:
