Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company with interests in gold, manganese and minerals, reported on 17 August 2020 the renewal of its licenses in Kenya, and stated that further announcements would follow.

Red Rock now reports progress since the renewal of the licenses:

· Repair and refurbishment of the exploration camp, which included repair of electric and plumbing facilities, masonry and timber work, gate and fencing repair, roof repair, painting, and installation of 4G, is being completed this week;

· Vehicle repairs on two vehicles are being completed;

· Geologists, the first of whom is already working on site, and including two who worked on the project previously, are being recruited, as well as a data manager;

· Local community engagement and low impact geological work is expected to start next week, and a full programme of work will be developed over coming weeks.

Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments: "Thanks are due to our camp manager and security and maintenance staff who have kept the site safe and secure for over five years without exploration activity, safeguarding and preserving our records and core sheds. We now have once again a fully operative site as a base for our operations and from which to ramp up exploration.

We must now rapidly set about the business of expanding our 1.2m oz initial gold Resource, as North Mara has expanded its resource to our south and as Shanta is doing so to our north. This is a highly prospective belt".
