Clarification

Red Rock Resources plc, the mining and exploration company with gold interests in Colombia, Kenya, and Ivory Coast, issues the following clarification in relation to the proposed sale of its Colombian interests to Nicaragua Milling Company Limited ("NMC").

The Company understands that a Canadian company, Prize Mining Corporation ("Prize") has issued a press release in Canada in relation to termination of an intended transaction with NMC.

As stated by Red Rock in its announcement of 13 October 2014, the Company is not and has never been a party to the transaction planned between NMC and Prize, and the ability of NMC to execute with Red Rock has been stated by NMC not to be contingent on that transaction proceeding.

The Company's management met with NMC in the United States last week where progress was made on the key points and expects to make a further announcement shortly.
