Red Rock announces that it has today been informed of a transfer of ordinary shares of 0.01p each in Red Rock ("Ordinary Shares") by a director of the Company, Mr. Mike Nott and his wife, Mrs. Anna Nott.
Mr. Nott and his wife have today transferred a total of 842,105 Ordinary Shares held jointly in his own name and his wife Mrs. Anna Nott to their joint nominee account at Barclayshare Nominees Limited, for nil consideration.
Mr. Nott's beneficial holding has not changed as a result of this transfer and so Mr. and Mrs. Nott remain interested in 4,236,287 Ordinary Shares representing 1.08% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
