In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the 'Company') reports that Warren East, a Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Supervisory Board Member1 of ASML Holding NV, a company listed on Euronext and NASDAQ, with effect from 22 April 2020.
1A Supervisory Board Member is the European equivalent of a Non-Executive Director.
