Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) announces that the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) have received grants of awards over ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company under the Rolls-Royce Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), at the prices set out below in accordance with the Directors' Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
The LTIP award will be assessed over the three-year performance period ending 31 December 2028, and any vesting will be released after a two-year period. Details of the performance measures applied to the LTIP award can be found in the Directors' Remuneration Report within the Company's Annual Report 2025, which is available on the Company's website at www.rolls-royce.com.
