In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the 'Company') reports that George Culmer, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed chairman of Aviva plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 27 May 2020. George Culmer was appointed to the board of Aviva in September 2019 and as senior independent director in January 2020.
