In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the 'Company') reports that Jasmin Staiblin, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of NXP Semiconductors N.V. at the conclusion of its annual general meeting held on 17 June 2019.
In addition, Jasmin was appointed as a non-executive director of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd at the conclusion of its annual general meeting on 3 April 2019.
