Additional Listing - Rolls-Royce Holdings plc
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 8,681,110 ordinary shares of 20p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.
These shares are to be issued as settlement of the sixth of eight instalments payable to SENER Grupo de Ingeniería SA ("SENER") as consideration for the acquisition of Industria de Turbo Propulsores SA ("ITP").
It is expected that admission will become effective on 19 March 2019.
