Changes to Board Committee Composition
London, 5 February 2014: Ruspetro plc (LSE: RPO) announces that following the management changes announced earlier this year, a Board Meeting of the Company's Directors was held on 30th January 2014, at which the following Board Committee appointments were made, all effective from 30th January 2014:
· Robert Jenkins has been appointed Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.
· Independent Non-Executive Director, Maurice Dijols has been appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
· Independent Non-Executive Director, Robert Jenkins and Independent Non-Executive Director, Frank Monstrey have been appointed members of the Nomination Committee.
