Total Voting Rights
Rose Petroleum (AIM: ROSE), the AIM quoted natural resources business, announces that its issued share capital as at the date of this announcement consists of 112,644,709 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence, with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.1p and voting rights in the Company is 112,644,709. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
