Holding in Company
Rose (AIM: ROSE), the AIM quoted natural resources business, was informed on 1 November 2017 that Roy Grainger Williams acquired 2,500,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at 4p per share in the Placing announced on 22 September 2017 (which was completed in two tranches on 28 September 2017 and 10 October 2017) and that as a result, Mr Williams is now interested in 4,711,626 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.18% of the Company's current issued share capital. These shares are held in the nominee of Smith & Williamson in the name of Flute Investments Limited, a company over which Mr Williams has voting control.
