Director/PDMR shareholding
Rose (AIM: ROSE), the AIM quoted natural resources business, has been informed of the following transaction in ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 9 April 2018 by Christopher Eadie, Chief Financial Officer, of Rose.
Mr Eadie purchased 424,715 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 2.35 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Eadie now has a total beneficial interest in 771,904 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.69 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
