Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
The Company provides notification of the following transaction, effected on 7 March 2022 outside of a market venue, relating to the below named Executive Director and his respective interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).
The transaction arises from the vesting of a conditional award over shares granted to Jonathan Davis on 5 March 2019 under the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan relating to the three-year deferred element of his 2018 annual bonus (and subsequent dealing to discharge the tax and social security liability arising, with Mr Davis retaining the balance of the shares vesting).

(ii) | The net shares retained are held in the name of Jonathan Davis' spouse, a Person Closely Associated with him as defined under the Market Abuse Regulations ('MAR'). |
The Company can confirm that the above named PDMR has complied with his obligation to notify the Financial Conduct Authority of the above transactions as required under MAR.
