The Company has been informed that Peter Dilnot, non-executive director of the Company, has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Renewi plc in order to take up the role of Chief Operating Officer of Melrose Industries plc. Peter will continue to lead Renewi through the remainder of the current financial year and is expected to join Melrose, at a date to be agreed, next year.
