Election of Mr A Jolliffe as a Director. Result - carried. 3. Election of Mr R Dobinson as a Director. Result - carried. 4. Election of Mr D Paterson as a Director. Result - carried. 5. Grant of 300,000 options under the Roc Oil Company Limited Executive ShareOption Plan to the Chief Executive Officer, Dr John Doran, in the manner set outin the explanatory notes to the Notice of Meeting, is approved for all purposes,including for the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 10.14. Result - carried. 6. Adoption of the Remuneration Report for the year ended 31 December 2006. Result - carried.
