Trading Update
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces an update on trading following the end of its financial year on 30 September 2013.
Trading during the second half of the financial year has been pleasing and the Board expects that results will be in line with market expectations for the year. Initial integration of Lewis Civil Engineering Limited which was acquired on 9 August 2013 has gone well.
Order flow has been encouraging in all market segments.
The Board confirms that the Group will record a net cash position as at 30 September 2013.
Preliminary annual results will be announced on Tuesday 26 November 2013.
