Board Change
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that John Samuel, the Group Finance Director, has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Group after ten years of service in order to pursue new opportunities. Mr Samuel's notice period is twelve months and it is currently expected that he will remain in post throughout that period or until the Board appoints a new Group Finance Director. The Board will commence the process to seek a successor shortly.
