Renew Holdings PLC28 September 2006 Renew Holdings plc ("Renew" or the "Group") Trading Update and Board Changes Ahead of its results for the financial year ended 30 September 2006, which willbe announced on Tuesday 28 November, the Board of Renew is pleased to announcethat trading for the year has been in line with its expectations. The Board is also pleased to announce that John Bishop has been appointed to theBoard as non-executive Director, with effect from 1 October 2006. John Bishop FCA FCT has extensive experience in the construction industry andover 20 years PLC experience at main board level. Before retiring in 2005, hespent 12 years at Morgan Sindall Plc as development director and latterly asfinance director. Prior to that he spent 13 years working in a number of UKquoted companies in the construction, housebuilding and property arenas. Mr Bishop is currently chairman of CLC Group PLC, a leading UK buildingmaintenance business, and Primary Medical Property Limited, a specialistproperty investment company. Arnold Wagner, non executive director since 2003, has decided to concentrate onhis executive responsibilities at Smiths Group plc along with his recentappointment as a non-executive director of the United Kingdom Atomic EnergyAuthority. He steps down from the Board on 31 October 2006. Roy Harrison, Chairman, commented: "John has a wealth of industry knowledge and public company experience and wewelcome him to the Board.
