Renew Holdings PLC27 September 2007 Renew Holdings plc("Renew" or the "Group") Pre-close Trading Update Prior to the end of its financial year on 30 September 2007, Renew is providingthe following update on trading. The Board confirms that good progress has been made in the Group's SpecialistEngineering and Specialist Building activities during the second half of theyear. Trading has been satisfactory, and the Board believes that this willresult in a profit before taxation for the year, of not less than £7.0 million. Furthermore, the Board is pleased with the integration of Seymour (CivilEngineering Contractors) Limited, the water engineering services provideracquired on 26 July, into the Group's existing Specialist Engineeringactivities.
