The Company was notified on 7 January 2009 of the following transactions by directors:
On the 7 January 2007, Brian May, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.5 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Brian May is now interested in 255,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
On the same day two trusts in which John Samuel, Finance Director, has a beneficial interest purchased a combined total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 46.5 pence per share. The number of shares purchased by each trust is as follows:
