The Company has been informed that on 15 February 2011, Margaret May, the wife of Brian May, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 60 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Brian May has a beneficial interest in 405,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.68% of the issued share capital of the Company.
