The Company was notified today that Brian May, Chief Executive Officer, today transferred his entire holding of 255,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Margaret May. 

As a result of this transaction Brian May and his related parties continue to have a beneficial interest of 255,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
