Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
On 28 June 2018 the following awards over ordinary shares of 13 8/9 pence in The Rank Group Plc (the "Company") were granted under The Rank Group 2010 Long-Term Incentive Plan to the following person(s) discharging managerial responsibilities:

The awards will ordinarily vest in three tranches, each representing a distinct one-third of the number of vested shares under the award, on 1 October 2021, 1 October 2022 and 1 October 2023. In each case, vesting shall be subject to the grantee's continued service and to the extent to which the performance conditions set for the award are satisfied. The performance conditions measure a blend of financial targets (as to 70% of each award) and strategic targets (as to the remaining 30% of each award).
