ECOFIN U.S. RENEWABLES INFRASTRUCTURE TRUST PLC

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to declare an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2022 2022 of 1.4 cents per ordinary share, payable on 28 November to shareholders on the register on 11 November 2022. The ex-dividend date will be on 10 November 2022 (the "Q3 2022 Dividend"). The Q3 2022 Dividend is in line with the Company's dividend target range for 2022 of 5.25-5.75 cents per ordinary share*.
