ECOFIN U.S. RENEWABLES INFRASTRUCTURE TRUST PLC

Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC is pleased to declare an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023 of 1.4 cents per Ordinary Share (the "Q1 2023 Dividend"), payable on 5 June 2023 to shareholders on the register on 19 May 2023. The ex-dividend date will be on 18 May 2023. The Q1 2023 Dividend is in line with the Company's dividend target for the year.
