ECOFIN U.S. RENEWABLES INFRASTRUCTURE TRUST PLC (the "Company")

Investment Management Update

The Board of Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC (the "Company" or "RNEW") has been informed by its AIFM and investment manager, Ecofin Advisors, LLC ("Ecofin"), that group lead and portfolio manager Eileen Fargis will leave Ecofin on 31 December 2024 to pursue a new opportunity. 

Ed Russell, Senior Managing Director of Ecofin, who has had overall responsibility for RNEW's portfolio for several years will become portfolio manager for RNEW with effect from 1 January 2025. Ed is supported by Nancy Johnson who heads the Finance and Asset Management team, and who works on the operational performance of each of the assets in the portfolio. Eileen will be retained as a part-time consultant by Ecofin over Q1 2025 to support Ed and Nancy in the management of RNEW. 

The priorities are maintaining focus on managing RNEW's existing assets as well as progressing the Managed Wind Down announced on 9 September 2024 and which is subject to shareholder approval.
