Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with paragraph 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, RM plc makes the following disclosure with respect to share capital and voting rights.

As of today, RM plc's capital consists of 83,875,016 ordinary shares with voting rights. RM plc holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RM plc is 83,875,016.The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RM plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
