RM plc: Directorate Change
RM confirms that, as set out in its appointment announcement released on 23 November 2009, Iain McIntosh was appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2010, replacing Mike Greig who retired as Group Finance Director and from the Board on 31 March 2010.
No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing Rules.

Notes:
Iain McIntosh qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and is a Fellow of the ICAEW. Following qualification, he spent four years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co, and then held a number of senior finance positions in listed and unlisted companies including CFO of Liberata plc from 2001-2003 and Alexander Mann Group from 2004-2006. Most recently, Iain was CFO of Axon, the FTSE250 business transformation consultancy acquired by HCL Technologies in 2009. He has an MA in PPE from New College Oxford.
