Q1 Dividend Declaration

 

Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the London Stock Exchange listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a portfolio of 1.55 million sq ft of commercial property in the Midlands property market across all sectors, is pleased to announce that in accordance with its progressive dividend policy, REI will pay a Q1 dividend of 0.9375 pence per share for the period 1 January 2019 to 31 March 2019. The payment will be made on 26 July 2019 to all shareholders on the register as at 28 June 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 27 June 2019. This dividend will be a Property Income Distribution (PID).
