Blocklisting Interim Update
Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, provides the following update in accordance with Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block listing arrangements. As previously announced, the Rockhopper Share Incentive Plan has been discontinued for all employees including Directors and no further shares will be issued under the block listing.
