Director Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 22 October 2014 that on 16 October 2014 Mr Salvatore Diliberto, a director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.75 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition, Mr Diliberto is interested in 19,458,672 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.1 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
