Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Redhall Group plc (AIM: RHL), the specialist engineering support services group, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2014 has been posted to shareholders and is also being made available at the Company's website, www.redhallgroup.co.uk.
The Annual Report contains the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 12.00 noon on Tuesday 3 February 2015 at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs, 2 Park Lane, Leeds, LS3 1ES.
