Redhall Group PLC14 November 2007 Redhall Group plc ("Redhall" or the "Group") Appointment of Non-Executive Director Redhall Group plc, the specialist engineering support services group, is pleasedto announce the appointment of Ian Butcher to the Board as a non-executivedirector with effect from 6 December 2007. Ian will chair the audit committeeand join the nominations and remuneration committees. Ian, aged 56, is a chartered accountant and spent 11 years as Group FinanceDirector of The Go-Ahead Group plc, the FTSE-250 passenger transport servicesgroup. Ian Phillip Butcher has no current directorships and his previous directorshipsheld within the last five years comprise The Go-Ahead Group plc and itssubsidiaries. There are no further disclosures to be made in respect of MrButcher under the provisions of paragraph g of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules forCompanies.
