Result of AGM
Redhall Group plc (AIM: RHL), the high integrity manufacturing and services group, announces that all resolutions put to its shareholders at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were duly passed.
In addition, and as indicated earlier today in the announcement entitled AGM Statement and Notification of Board Changes, the Company confirms that Joe Oatley is now Non-Executive Chairman and Martyn Everett is now a Non-Executive Director.
