Holdings in company
Redhall Group plc (AIM: RHL), the high integrity Manufacturing and Specialist Services group, has been notified of the following changes in shareholding as a result of the transfer of the Henderson Volantis team, and the funds managed by them, from Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Limited ("Henderson") to Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited ("Lombard Odier"). There has been a change in manager of the funds that own the assets but no change in beneficial ownership of the assets themselves:

As a result of the transfer referred to above, Lombard Odier now also manages funds which hold options over 18,500,000 ordinary shares in Redhall* and hold the £5.7m term loan facilities extended to Redhall.
*Such options are convertible at the Company or Lombard Odier's option, subject always to Lombard Odier (and its concert parties') total holdings not exceeding 29.9 per cent. of Redhall's ordinary share capital at the relevant time
