ISSUE OF EQUITY 

Red24 announces that it has issued 70,000 new ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 3p per share under the share loan scheme ("the Loan Scheme Shares")operated by the Company for the benefit of employees of Red24.

Application has been made for the Loan Scheme Shares, which will rank parri passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in the Loan Scheme Shares will commence on 2 April 2009.
